• Minimum charge of $300.00

Renovations

• $1.00 per Square Foot of Finished Space
• Minimum charge of $500.00

Post Issuance Revisions

• $50.00 per Hour

• PDF Plans (designed for 11×17 paper)
• EEDS Form (where applicable)
• Schedule 1: Designer Information Form
